Purchase this replica of marble replica of the Three Graces or Bathers sculpture by Antonio Canova seen at the Roman garden statue by artist Victoria & Albert Museum London statue. This reproduction is made at the Egregia workshop and made by hand by Italian artisans and mounted to a genuine gray alabaster base. The Three Graces was a popular subject recreated in many mediums throughout Ancient Greece and Rome. They were the beautiful daughters of Zeus and Eurynome. The Graces represent Gracefulness, Peace, and Happiness. Aglaia, on the left, was the goddess of Splendor, Euphrosyne, in the middle, was Fesivity, and Thalia, on the right, represents Rejoicing. They were often found in the service of Aphrodite, goddess of Love, bathing her in ambrosial oil and dressing her in silken robes which they had woven.
